WHO IS THEHERO?

The age old question.
Why call yourself THEHERO? Isn't that a bit arrogant?
Well on the surface it might seem as if it's related to the dual role of an introverted alter ego and the larger than life character of a comic book - something i've always been fond of. This in turn could also benefit to ease the inner anxiety of performing, or just day to day activity in general - knowing I have another life creating music that doesn't impact the other.
As a monumental Queen fan, it could be related to the final track of the 1980 'Flash Gordon' album which also provided the most pulse-pounding opener (With 'Flash' ofcourse) during their magnificent setlist at the Milton Keynes Bowl.
It could be a nod to modern music representation in the form of artists like 'The Weeknd' who use their persona for artistic purposes that not only enables them to create art in whatever genre they feel like making but ultimately weave a story through their life.
Or it could just be the name of the home-made guitar that my dad worked tirelessly to create, based on every little sketch and idea that I had as a school-kid, which changed more times than he probably would have liked. A rather fitting name for an instrument that enables me to create my best work and inspires me to keep going when times get tough and aptly named after its true creator.
I'll leave you to decide which, or maybe there's more?
O
